The Bismarck Civic Center has five parking lots. The Bis-Man Transit Board provides public transportation for people with special needs wishing to attend events at the Bismarck Civic Center. The arena has three (3) levels: Floor (used for concerts); 100 Level (blue seats); 200 Level (red and grey seats). Seating varies by event and not all areas may be available at all events.
During the year, the Civic Center employs more than 400 individuals as door guards, ticket takers, parking attendants, concessionaires, box office staff, maintenance workers, and many other areas. Thus it is the service and its quality that counts at the end!
