• 1980s. Aerosmith's huge success and grand selling album "Greatest Hits" released in 1980. However, the guitarist Brad Whitford departed resulting in a loss to the band in 1981. Rick Dufay replaced Whitford followed by recording of their seventh album "Rock in a Hard Place" in 1982. The album was considered a commercial failure, failing to produce a major hit single.

Blige, and Nelly collaborated with Aerosmith at the end for a performance of the group's legendary song "Walk This Way".
